What Each Customer Line Costs You
The rule is simple: 1 month = 1 credit. During panel promotions, 6-month and 12-month lines need fewer credits. The dollar columns show your real cost at the smallest and largest package rates.

Promotions are temporary: 6 months for 5 credits and 12 months for 9 credits only apply while the panel shows that offer. Outside a promotion, a 6-month line takes 6 credits and a 12-month line takes 12. The panel always displays the exact cost before you confirm a line.
