To renew Stream4K IPTV, send your device MAC address and the length you want on WhatsApp, pay, and the new months are added on top of whatever time your line has left. Nothing on your box changes: same MAC, same portal, same favorites. Renewals cost the normal plan prices, from $12 for a month to $90 for a year.

How Renewal Works on a MAC Portal Line
Your Stream4K line is a record on our panel that says, in effect, "this MAC address may load the portal until this date". Renewing changes only that date. The MAC stays the same, the portal URL on your device stays the same, and the channel list, on-demand library and playback quality are untouched. That is why a renewal never involves reinstalling an app or retyping a portal.
Time is stacked, not replaced. If your line has ten days left and you add three months, the new end date is three months after those ten days run out. You never pay for overlap, so there is no reason to wait until the last evening before topping up.
The same applies if you know the service as Cast4K IPTV: both names share one panel, so a line created under either name is renewed in exactly this way.

1. The MAC Address
Exactly as the device shows it, or a photo of the MAG label or app settings screen. This tells us which line to extend.
2. The Length
1, 3, 6 or 12 months. You can pick a different length from last time; nothing ties you to your previous plan.
3. The Device (Optional)
MAG model, Formuler, or the app you use. If a restart is needed after renewal, we can tell you the right way for that device.

Renewing Early vs After Expiry
Both work. The only difference is whether your TV goes quiet in between.
Before the End Date
Renew any time while the line is active. Remaining days are kept and the new months start after them, so playback never stops.
After It Has Expired
An expired line is renewed the same way, on the same MAC. Once time is added, the portal loads channels again. Restart or reload if it still shows the old status.
Not Sure of Your Date?
Many portals show the expiry date in their account or info screen. If yours does not, send the MAC on WhatsApp and we will tell you.
Special Cases
More Than One TV, or a New Device
Renewing several devices together
Each Stream4K line belongs to one MAC, so a household with three screens has three lines, each with its own end date. You can still renew them in one go: send every MAC address with the length you want for it, pay one combined amount, and we extend each line separately. Lines do not have to share the same length, so the main 4K television can take 12 months while a spare room TV takes one.
Moving to a new box or TV
When you replace a MAG box, buy a new Fire Stick or switch to a different smart TV, the new device has a different MAC address, and your existing line is still registered to the old one. Before renewing, contact support on WhatsApp with both the old MAC and the new MAC. The team will check your line and tell you the options, so you renew the right device. Afterwards, follow the Stream4K IPTV setup guide to add the portal to the new hardware.
Troubleshooting
Renewed but Still Seeing "STB Blocked" or "Expired"?
Portal devices often remember the previous status until they reconnect. Work through these checks in order:
- Restart the device. Power a MAG or Formuler box off at the wall for a few seconds, or fully close and reopen STB Emulator, Smart STB or Set IPTV.
- Reload the portal. On MAG boxes, open the portal again from the settings menu; in apps, reselect the profile so it reconnects.
- Compare the MAC. Make sure the MAC shown on the device matches the one you sent for renewal, character for character. Apps sometimes generate a new MAC after being reinstalled.
- Send a screenshot. If the message stays, photograph the screen and send it on WhatsApp with your MAC. Support checks the line on the panel and replies with the fix.
For Resellers
Resellers Renew From the Panel
If you sell Stream4K lines yourself, you do not need to message us for each customer. Renewals are done straight from your reseller panel and paid with credits: a 1-month extension uses 1 credit, 3 months use 3, 6 months use 6 (or 5 while a promo is running) and 12 months use 12 (or 9 during a promo). Credit packs start at 50 credits for $250 and go down to $4.20 per credit on the 500-credit pack. Details are on the Stream4K IPTV reseller page.

No. A renewal only changes the expiry date of the line registered to your MAC. The portal entered on your MAG, Formuler or app stays valid, so there is nothing to reinstall or retype.
